I'd say in the 17-18-19 ish week range.Can't remember exactly.Alls I know is I'm happy to finally see some eggs.

Now they just need to get a little bigger.
 
My RIR's from the same hatch, developed differently. Some started laying at 17 weeks and the last to lay was at 27 weeks. They all have leg bands so I can keep track of them.

I have a yard FULL of 18 week old PULLETS and the combs and wattles are really showing up NOW . they will be laying anytime now
