A lot has happened since I’ve been on this site! I just returned from my vacation and feels good to be back!

Didn’t realize how many people missed me while I was gone but here is what’s been happening!

Brought home another bunny for Bo. His name is E.B! He is 4 weeks old

Bought a betta fish named Blu so now I’m a Betta Mommy

Had my birthday! Now an official adult 😎

So that’s what’s been going on with me!

BUT DON'T KILL IT YOURSELF
Sometimes you have to. Let me tell you about Ran, one of my oldest hens. Absolute sweetheart. She developed salpingitis and declined quickly. Hardly moved around, pale and withdrawn -- obviously suffering.
We would have had to order medicine and have it shipped, which would take both time and a good amount of money for the amount, and it might not even have worked. Besides that, Ran would likely have died in the amount of time that it would have taken for the medicine to get here.
Meat cleaver. Took her head off. Unpleasant procedure, definitely, but it was quick. The only reason that it didn't work on the first chop is because I was nervous and got my panties in a twist on the downswing, resulting in a slightly more ginger chop that still dislocated her cervix. Two more took the head completely off, but she was already dead by that point.

Deaths like these are some of the most humane deaths. They are quick -- instantaneous when done right.
Cervical dislocation and decapitation both work the same way, and offer a very fast death.
Much as you might not like it, a gun to the head is also extremely fast. I don't know what your thoughts on guns are, but I can tell you right now that they work for putting an animal down, whether you have a "firearms are evil" mindset or not. Face it -- blasting an animal's brains out will put it out of its misery a heck of a lot faster than drowning, suffocating, hanging, whatever. That is a fact, proven time and again.

So don't sit there and tell me that you shouldn't kill an animal. Don't sit there and say stuff like that when you probably haven't had to watch one of your favorites decline within weeks to a shadow of her former self while you can't do a fracking thing about it because you don't have the right meds and have no other way of fixing the problem.
Get off of your high horse and accept that death is sometimes merciful when there is no other way out. It sucks -- oh, boy, does it suck -- but that's the cold, harsh truth. Life isn't fluffy, and it will knock you down and kick the ever-loving snot out of you while it laughs.

Rant over. Have a lovely day, and I mean that. You have another day, so make it a good one. Look on the bright side of things.

She is a meaner then you (witch is VERY hard to be)
Why do you call me mean?
Are you referring to when you were stealing pictures off the internet and posting them as your own and I called you out on it?

I wasn't the one doing anything wrong you were.

Let me just say this, with drowning,

imagine hold your breath till your lungs start burning then when you can't hold it anymore gasp for a breath but instead of gasping in oxygen and getting that sense of relief your lungs start painfully filling with water burning your insides like they are on fire.

Or, with one bullet,

BAM, you're gone. You didn't even feel it.
