You should work at Menards they pay great. When I started there as a second job I started at $15.00 with an additional $3 an hour if you work weekends and then every 3 months you get a $1 raise for your first year. Plus if you don't miss work from March to May you get a $500 bonus and at the end of the year you get 2.5-15% of how much you made that year total as another bonus
