I coach youth soccer. I love the kids (sometimes) but it's just so unorginaized. The staff is a little nasty and I don't know. I don't enjoy it I feel like I get screwed over there a lot.

Feel like half the time I don't even know what teams I'm coaching, games are always spread apart from each other, then I don't know what games I'm coaching cause for some reason last minute it's different? And they combined both my practices together without telling me so that was a complete crap show to where some of my kids I coach LEFT cause it was frustrating. Now I told them in advance I wasn't going to make it due to my doctors appt in the complete other direction and they acted like I didn't tell anybody wondering where I am. Like sheesh I'm sorry I told the OTHER coach I do practice with and the MANAGER but that wasn't good enough. I'm just not happy there

Riss that sounds like a nightmare honestly. Do you at least get paid good? Like is it worth it?

It's like between $150-$200 every 2 weeks and that's 4 hours of practice a week and then a bunch of games on weekend but that's probably dropped now since apparently I'm only doing one team now?

Not to mention I like have NO patience anymore for anything like I feel like I'm just screaming at people at home and I feel bad about it. My poor dogs who don't listen to me 😂
