Wood and stuff keeps getting cheaper I just want my dad to just let me build a house already. I have the money to get a pretty good start on it

Don't know if it's the building part or the land part or what. I think he just wants me to buy one instead of building one but I want to build it cause I wanted it my design and it builds character and personality when you work hard towards something. I want to take pride in it

What I found is going to be like $400 but I wont have a gate for one side so it will be open so I need something to put there. Any ideas?

It's 6 feet tall, 5 feet wide, and 20 feet long so they can run a lot
