Spruce was unsure of why they were so suspicious of him. He looked them back and forth for a long moment. " No, why would I spy on my former thunder? " he asked not knowing that they were talking about spying on the Canyon Runners. "Anyways, I thought that because I'm a natural born Wetlander that I might have better luck with the prey there , and that if I could bring back a bigger pray, that it might earn the kings trust along with the rest of the thunder. Plus, I probably wouldn't even be welcome to show my face. I encountered a Wetlander while I was there. He called me a disgusting traitor. " he said with a look of sadness. Although he still suspected that they thought he was lying. He sighed and started back to the caverns.

"I was asking if you were a WETLANDER SPY, not asking if you were spying on the Wetlanders," Cragan said. But maybe Spruce's ignorance did prove him innocent in that matter, but there was another. "Were you thinking of stealing large prey from the Wetlanders? All by yourself? Likely story." The more he thought about it, the more suspicious Spruce's story became. "Besides the fact that you might get caught in the act by some Wetlanders? Did you expect us to walk all the way back over to Wetlander territory to snack on your 'large prey'?"

Ohh, like write (The Badlands), or (The Marshes), for each character before each post just so we know where they are?
(Sorry, it took me a hot second to realize what you meant 💀)

That’s a good idea! Also, if someone isn’t doing that, we can just give them a friendly reminder in case they didn’t see this post. :)
Yes exactly! I wasn’t sure how to word it haha

Spruce felt embarrassed. He didn't even think about that part. How would he have even been able to drag the prey all the way back? He knew he made a grave mistake. He was getting the feeling Cragan didn't want Spruce in the tribe, and now he just gave him the perfect reason to get him kicked out of the thunder. He was starting to regret his decision. Really, REALLY, regret his decision. At least I know my sister's alive, so that's ONE reason it was a good decision He thought sorta happily. He looked up at Cragan and saw the look of disdain he gave. He sat there silently trying to think of a reason to strengthen his alibi. He had to think of something quick. He knew that his silence was causing more suspicion. " Fine," he said trying a different strategy " you caught me I'm a spy" he told them. " but just because I 'admitted' it doesn't mean it's true" he started feeling anxious and his legs were trembling. He knew that saying this was either gonna help or make it WAY worse. " I'll only tell you what you want to to hear because that's the only thing you'll believe." he said as he felt he was bout to pass out knowing this could ruin his life... so he gave up on trying to save it." So go ahead, tell the rest of the thunder. You all HATE ME ANYWAY!!!" he yelled. He turned and ran as fast as he could to... actually... he didn't know where. He just knew he wanted to be as far away from any other tyrants as possible. I don't need anyone he thought to himself I'll get my sister and we can leave everybody behind. Tears started pouring down his face as he ran.Because of the wind in his ears as he ran, he couldn't hear if they were calling back to him. He also didn't care even though deep down really he did.

Arran grimaced, watching Spruce run off before he could try to diffuse the argument.
“Spruce! Wait..” he called halfheartedly, but the green tyrant didn’t seem to hear.

He turned towards Cragan with an expression of pain and sheepishness on his face. “Did you have to be so harsh?” He asked, but the young tyrant had only been putting voice to the thoughts they both shared. Cragan just didn’t have whatever it was that was stopping Arran from saying his thoughts aloud.

He sighed. “What’re we gonna tell the king?”

Spruce knew no one wanted him. He knew no tribe was gonna take him in. He knew he ruined his chance with the Wetlanders and that the Canyon Runners were never gonna accept him, he also knew that there was no chance with the Mountaineers. They were self loving, toad faces. He had no chance with any other tribes. So he headed for the Marshes to find his sister. He was unsure of how he was gonna convince her to join him, but he was at least gonna try.

Lotus watched gloomily at the bushes her brother disappeared into. She didn't want to leave the Wetlanders and join a thunder she knew nothing about, but a part of her really did want to leave to stay with her brother. What if I don't see him for another 3 years she thought anxiously. After a long, long pause, she violently shook away the worrying thought and headed back to the thunder. She couldn't stop thinking about his offer. What if I didn't refuse? What if I did leave the thunder and live the life of being called a traitor by your own tribe? Would it be worth it to be with her brother? She looked around desperately trying to find something to take her mind off her worries. Just then she saw the horrific sight of the scourge flying out of the water at a tyrant. She fell into a crouched position in the shrubs and watched. She new because of her size she wouldn't be any help. The only tyrant she could recognize was Nox. All the other tyrants were running frantically in a panicked mess. After everyone recovered from their shock she emerged from the bushes and walked over to Nox, trying to ignore her trembling legs. " What happened " she choked trying not to sound as terrified as she really was.
Does anybody know when @Somewhere_In_The_Clouds will be on again?
