I am thinking you must mean rooster?
A bit more information will be needed to answer this for you. How many birds total are there and what size is the area you are brining them into? Is there just one feed station and what type of feeder is it?

WE have 10 chickens, the coop size is about 10x10 an I give them there feed in a tin dish, only one station

Is there food in the feeder at all times, with the birds having access to it if they choose to go inside during free-range time and it's just that you top it off when you are putting them up or is the feeder empty except for when you are putting them in and put food into it? If it's the latter, you would be better served by having more than one feed station so that there is not such competition for the precious resource of the food.

If you don't need the rooster for fertile eggs, then rehome him. Roosters cause so many problems in many ways, if you don't absolutely NEED one, don't keep one. Hens are usually much happier without one and will continue to lay just as many eggs.
