Please help my friend -user Canuck Bock - clear out of the blue BYC has posted that she has insuficent privileges and cannot post on her own thread (J'est Another Day in Pear A Dice). She has had to email me because she just can't post on BYC herself.

She re-enters info requested over and over and still it is not accepted. PLEASE HELP HER, I don't want to lose another Byc friend who gives up on the new format.

Rob you are needed. Unfortunately I am probably the least tech savy person on earth.

Account page then
Personal Details
and make sure she has an answer in this box:
"What’s your main reason for joining our community?"

In addition to contacting the support email, she can message me directly (assuming she can login) with the following info:

1. The URL of the thread
2. Is she able to login and see / post to other threads fine?
   
3. Is it just that one thread?
4. Has she tried logging out, clearing out her browser cache, logging in, and trying again?
