Rock Barr behavior normal?

Lily (Rock Barr) laid an egg today! Thin shelled. But at least she laid. They do have a bowl of calcium available after seeing the thin shell I threw a couple of handfuls in the run. She ate some off the ground.

Do you use oyster shells for calcium or something else?

They have a bowl of oysterm shells in the run at all times. When I bake I rinse the shells, crush them up and give to them.

Opps see I didn't make it clearer. I meant when I bake cookies, cheesecakes, brownies & cakes, I rinse the eggs shells, crush them and give to the hens. I buy the oyster shell calcium supplement at the feed store. Sorry about the confusion.
