Afternoon all
I have a wyndotte who first looked like she was molting, but is very thin and losing feathers-- and has a very hard gigantic crop that i just felt today. Its full of grit. Likely oyster shell. I dont know if she is eating or drinking right now, she is in a coop with 20 hens and one rooster. We feed them egg layer kibble and they free range on our farm. any ideas for helping this lil miss?

Welcome to BYC! I treat crops that don't empty overnight by tubing lots of fluids to them.
When was that last time she was de-wormed, and what did you use? Can you take her to a vet tomorrow?

Others are more experienced with crop problems than I am, but I would try to see a vet, also. Until then, place her in a large dog crate with water (add electrolytes and vitamins) and recheck the crop in early morning, to see if it has gone down any. If it is still big and hard in morning, do not feed her, but only give water and about a tsp of plain yogurt mixed in. Crop massage several times a day, giving plenty of water, and limiting food until it goes down are common to do.
