I have two goose eggs due Monday or Tuesday, although Monday is more likely. (Not sure exactly when they began incubation, but they were only about a day or two at most when I set them). Since this morning, I swear I've seen them move in the incubator! Am I being crazy, or is this possible? I don't think I've seen it happen before.

Sincerely,
An Antsy To-Be Parent

that's completely normal. i've seen mine do it!

It's just exciting, and I am horribly impatient. I've hatched so many birds and it just never ends, does it?

Hearing the birds outside has nearly driven me nuts. If they are due in 3 days, when is it most likely they'll internally pip?

Most of mine have rocked too, just a while before they started pipping.

I'm so excited (yet again).
I also have a dove egg pipping. Its parents refused to incubate past a certain point. Luckily I have raised many of them, so it won't be difficult for me. I'm just wondering how much space I have. I'll have 6 more due on June 8th.

I have the same thing going on. 2 that have pipped and some rocking around. Exciting and also drives me crazy waiting.

What is a internal pip?

What is a internal pip?

An internal pip is when the bird breaks into the air cell and begins to breathe, but hasn't broken the shell yet.
