Rocks, Ameraucanas Growing Up ( New pics post 85 @11.5 Weeks)

Hot, sunny day and Levi and his girls were loving it.

Emily is the only black Rock and she's the largest girl. Tiny, again, was inside and not posing today, but she's doing well.

This batch will be 8 weeks old on Wednesday, but posting again because I was able to get pics of Tiny today! She is still small, but has grown lots. She's beardless and has a stray white feather on her chest which will probably molt out as she gets her teen plumage. Here is our spoiled little sweetheart:

Rita, my redheaded BLRW/Ameraucana cross. Tried to get a pic of her bluish underfluff, but it doesn't show that well in the pic.

Rita with Barbara. Barbara is maturing pretty early with that pinkish comb of hers. I hope she's not an overly dark cockerel like lockedhearts' boy, RuPaul:

Alice. Light blue? I originally had her pegged as splash, but she has no splashy accent feathers:

Neela, the darker blue and Emily, black. Emily is the largest pullet in the bunch:

I think Barbara is a girl! I am sure that weirdness is coming from Zoe! So since she is here, I think you are safe.

But, you know that my Amanda is Zoe's mama. I was nervous that somehow, I'd picked up Amanda's egg rather than Becca's or Fern's, LOL.

They're 8 weeks old today. Levi's beard is looking really awesome now. They're a silly bunch. Miss Barbara the BR is a hoot. She's the in-your-face type typical of BRs. All except Levi haven't changed very much yet, but he is constantly changing.

Emily, the black Rock, is HUGE! That girl is a wide load of a pullet for 8 weeks old. They are doing well. Can't believe they are over 8 weeks old now. In about six or seven weeks, they'll be integrated into the flock.
