Yesterday I saw one of my chickens poops had rocks in it. Small ones. I am assuming this is them naturally disposing of grit?
I do not have any pics.

Most likely yes.

If they're smaller than the grit you have available and smooth, yes, they're used grit that has been expelled now that it's no longer suitable for the job.
