Rocky the Roo

This is not my roo. He thinks he is my roo… The ladies aren’t kicking him out yet Idea of breed? He’s from a hatchery, but my neighbours can’t remember what he was lol

His legs are black and the soles look pink to me, clean legs. Slight cream/straw coloured neck hackles. I really though I had a close up

Ohhh, he's perdy! I'm sorry I can't help. Only black chickies I have are australorps and they are still black and white babies. But I have a Rocky the Roo, too, so I had to click.

Thanks! That does look closest, the lighter ring at his neck just stumps me. I know hatchery birds can be a bit off though

Australorps should be all black. I think he might be an olive egger or some other hatchery hybrid.
