Rocky64's chat thread: anything is welcome

I think every fish in my pond died, as the pond almost froze completely from surface to mud. I have a koi and a goldfish in my tank right now and plan to release them when it's not gonna get below freezing over night. Years ago, there was a few koi in my pond, and the biggest one was over 2 feet long! But we had a winter-kill, and the giant fish was one of the casualties, along with EVERY single fish and multiple frogs and turtles. I have a big tank in my basement that I got for Christmas that I plan to set up. I'm gonna have my 2 bluegill fry that I have right now( came from the pond last year, and boy are they handsome). I also have a Cory cat and a minnow(lake caught) that are going in the tank, I want to get at least one more Cory cat, and some cherry barbs or a pair of sword tails.
Scratch that, I just went out to my pond and saw 2 baby goldfish. I didn't know if they were alive so I poked them with a stick and they darted away. So not all the fish died. Hopefully some bluegill made it too.

I'm not sure.

Seems like a small cold, but I am thinking it's respitory disease,DARN THEM DUCKS!
the ducks made friends with a pair of canadian geese (Waterfowls been the main thing carrying it around),and well,i'm thinking, they brought it to the hens.Either blame the ducks,or those large flocks of starlings.

She is sitting in my dinning room scratching after feed from last time I brought her in.Hopefully she recovers very soon.
