I am very, very sad to say that this poor hen, along with seven of her friends, were killed by a fox just today. I have only three chickens now. I guess she'll have to drop out of the contest.

I'm so sorry! Some people may think that birds meant to be beautiful are the most beautiful birds, but I think that the birds most special to us are the most beautiful which is why I think that Molly is gorgeous! I'm so sorry again!

Definitely. I guess that's why I always thought I had the most beautiful chickens I had ever seen! Thank you, I loved that chicken, too, and I always thought that if she didn't have those crooked toes, she might be a good show chicken. I was always proud of my birds.
