Mission report: SUCESS!

I guess he just really didn't like the other doe we wanted to breed... but I suspect she didn't like him, the growly puss....
Anyway, we should have baby bunnies around... April 7th, if all goes well. Her first litter kinda failed - she freaked out and didn't know what to do. She had 5 kits, 3 were born in the box, but the first two she had down on the floor (it's a 2-story hutch). And she didn't pull fur until right when she was having them either

BUT before that she would stuff her face with grass and carry it up to the nestbox, and she did eat the afterbirth, so we decided to give her another go at motherhood

Me too! They'll just be getting really cute by the time we leave for AZ to pick up ma new horse - OH MY WORD HOW AM I GOING TO LAST THAT LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
