Mmmm I don't think so :/ Umm let me see if I can find anything. Are you planning on letting them free-range? The reason I don't think it's big enough is because the hut area is only about 6 square feet and and the chickens probably won't like that during g rainy weather. I think as long at the coop is about 12 square feet you should be ok because some of the chickens are small.

1.Yes, a couple hours a day as long as its nice.
2.Lets try and keep it under $200....
