So just discovered that one of my blue silkie chicks only has nine toes

and the white one has little stubs for fifth toes and they don't have toenails. Oh well. I don't need perfect chicks. I love the weird ones. Lol

Okay I'm gonna be serious for a minute.
Don't breed these silkies or hatch eggs from them, especially not to sell. Defects like that can literally destroy a breed as a whole - I blame hatcheries for the most part :/

But still, I would have bought them anyways too :p

oh no. I'm not planning on breeding. If I ever would, it'd be for my personal flock though, never to sell :p
