Opal watched Osprey carefully as well. He hunched down, his iridescent black fur catching a little bit of light that was filtering through the trees. He waited for the moose to go back to eating before launching himself at it's neck and clawing at it's eyes.Osprey knew moose were dangerous, he snuck around opposite Opal.
Ospret waited for Opal to make to first move. He trusted his alpha to know the perfect timing. As he stood, poised, he studied different safe paths he could use to take down the big animal.Opal watched Osprey carefully as well. The moose finally dropped it's head and Opal pounced, closing his jaws on the big animals neck. Immediately Osprey dodged around its powerful legs before launching himself up to latch onto the underside of the moose's neck.The moose finally dropped it's head and Opal pounced, closing his jaws on the big animals neck. He clawed viciously at it's eyes as he held on, trying to bring it to the ground.
With the weight of two wolves on it the moose dropped to it's knees. Opal used this to bring it the rest of the way down and there at it's throat.Immediately Osprey dodged around its powerful legs before launching himself up to latch onto the underside of the moose's neck.
Osprey felt his fangs sink into the warm flesh of the moose as he tightened his jaws.With the weight of two wolves on it the moose dropped to it's knees. Opal used this to bring it the rest of the way down and there at it's throat.
