Norris smiled and walked into his den. "Norris!" Jannie said excitedly but quietly so not to wake the pup. She got up and started licking Norris all over. "I'm glad to see that you're back!" She said licking him. Norris loved the attention and laid down so she could continue licking him. He didn't even notice the pup.

Opal woke up and looked at Izzy. He picked her up and slung her on his back as best he could and started a slow walk back to camp. He made it back to his and her den and lay her down gently, licking her cheek. He licked her wounds clean and then went to sleep beside her. (@cluckmecoop7)
