(I have trouble with doing the slanted words... I can't seem to really be able to do them without them changing on me. :()

(The easiest way to do it seems to be writing the whole sentence then going back to highlight the words and turn them to italics that way.)

"Ok." Jannie softly replied and started licking Tango. She loved being called "Mommy." She glanced over to her mate who was fast asleep. "Come along, little one." Jannie said kindly to the pup and walked out of the den and towards the food pile slowly so that the pup didn't have to run to keep up. She kept glancing down at the pup to make certain that it was doing ok. She was wondering what the pup's name was, so she asked. "What is your name, little one?" She asked kindly.

(I'll try. "How is this?" Nope. Doesn't work. After I type it out with it in italics, then switch to the normal, suddenly it switchs all the italics to normal. That's why it isn't working for me. :( It started after BYC changed.)

Make sure you do the quote marks with a space in between and then go back and hit in between them like this," here" then when your done with the italics just click this that I'm gonna show you (" " ←right here. Click there instead of undoing the italics;))

(It used to work fine for me and I loved using it, but when BYC went through all those upgrades, it stopped working for me. I think that the bold also stopped working for me, but last time I used it, it seemed to be working.)
