That's natural rooster behavior. It's usually not a problem if they are around the same size. We had to make saddles to protect our cochin's favorite girls because he was so much bigger than them and many of our girls are missing feathers on the back of their heads. But eventually he'll either take the hint or she'll submit. Either way, as long as no blood is drawn, they'll be fine.
