Last night I noticed big earls poor eye. Anyone recognize what this could be? The other side looks normal.

He may have something in there: dirt, a scratch, etc. Have you tried washing it out with saline?

Is there pus or foam in the eye? A swollen eye with drainage can be a sign of a respiratory disease such as MG or coryza. Does he smell bad in the face? Look for evidence of pecking or something stuck in the eye as well. Certain antibiotcs may help, such as Tylosin for pigeons, available online. Clean the eye twice a day to get the gunk out, and use some Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment. Here is an article about MG:

It was yellow crust. This morning he doesn't have any drainage but his eye lids look Swollen.

You can flush some saline eye wash into the eye, or use a warm wet compress to soften the crust and try to wipe it away.
