I have an alleged 3 month oldRIR rooster with a large red comb and large red and rounded wattles. I'm sorry, couldn't get a pick of his saddle and main sickles, but the saddles are pointy. He is crowing. I am pretty sure he is a roo but just want to be sure...

If he is crowing and has pointy saddle feathers and that much comb/wattle at 12-14 weeks, you have a roo.
