an you tell anything about gender in two week chicks by behavior?? Two of my chicks frequently go beak to beak and flap at each other. Really looks like a dominance show. But they're just babies. [IMG] The next minute they will be cuddled up sleeping together. Just wondering if it is indicative of anything.

X3. There is almost always one like that. Sometimes it is a characteristic of a rooster, but often times, it is just a few hens clashing for dominance.
