Roo legs swollen and peeling

I feel like I shouldn't be excited, but I moved him inside to treat for frostbite, and after, I had to head to work. Came home to mites on the cage he is in. He is also walking again, after a good foot washing we found his toe nails. I just finished spraying...permithrin(I think that's what it is) now to give a certain nosey dog a bath...

Okay, so I have treated him for mites, by spraying him, and cleaning out bedding, and spraying with permithrin. His feet and legs are still swollen, with open sores I assume from the mites. I worry he still has mites on his legs, but with the sores, what is the best way to treat his legs so I can finally clean up the wounds?
Can you post some updated photos?

It's good that you treated him for mites on the body since you found those. The Permethrin should take care of those, just repeat in 7-10days to kill any that hatch.
You may want to look over the rest of your flock or go ahead and treat them and your housing as well.

The "mites" that were mentioned in the previous post were Scaly Leg Mites. Those live under the scales and you would not be able to see those at all.
In your first photo, I think it looks like frostbite.

Where are you located? We ask that to know your time zone, weather, predator situations. You may want to update your profile.

2x Wyorp Rock ... Updated pictures of his legs, repeat treatment in 7 days & check the rest of your flock. Also agree, looks more like frostbite

His feet did begin to turn and shortly after I was keeping a close eye on swelling above the frostbitten area of his feet. Then it was a disaster trying to find a vet anywhere near me that would a) see a rooster or b) allow me to pick up antibiotics to attempt to treat an infection/ gangreen. Thought he was doing really well, the black stuff on feet is shrinking and drying well, and swelling has been going down. And all was good, until literally 5 min ago he shook and a part of his wing flew off across the room... UM... Help?

Oh no. Can you see if there is any bleeding? Is there any bone exposed? Do you think he injured it, was attacked, or that it fell off because of the frostbite that affected his legs? If you have some Betadine iodine or a similar antiseptic, I would apply it to the wing injury. I am not experienced with wing injuries, but pictures may help as others chime in.

If there was bone exposed, betadine could help to prevent infection in the bone. Do you have another rooster? Pictures are always helpful if possible. Here is a skeleton where you can maybe tell us what part came off:

I'm sorry to hear that!
I would follow the instructions provided by @Eggcessive

It looks like you tried to upload some photos but they show an error. Can you re-try?

it was a small bunch of feathers from the end, so I would say it broke off at the bottom of the metacarpus
