Roo or hen and what breed thanks!!!!

Is this roo or hen approximately 19 weeks no crow and no eggs
I know the pics are not great quality it's so sunny and he/she wouldn't stay still !!!

It looks like a hen to me. Breed ???

Was told Ameraucana pretty new to chickens!! When I google this breed they seem to have lots of tufts on their faces and this one doesn't have any of that

The tail feathers are just now coming back I dealt with some pecking issues early on with a few other hens by separation and the peepers

It's a rooster for sure. Likely an Easter egger---some are clean faced instead of having the beard/muffs.

Yeah, that pecking was probably mating behaviors.
