Roo or Hen Black Sultan

Can any of you tell me your thoughts on if it's a girl or a boy?
It is a black sultan 6 going on 7 weeks soon. Super sweet chick. Giant feet. you can see bright red coloring starting around its beak.

But this is my first pet chick .

I only have a picture of it from last week. Which it has changed dramatically since then but its tail is a lot longer and pointy.

It makes theses funny cute raspy noises when it sees is. I'm not sure if it's trying to crow or if that's how sultans sound.
