Roo or Hen? Jumbo Egyptian Coturnix

I’ve got 18 Jumbo Egyptian Coturnix Quail. They’re about 3-4 weeks old. Trying to feather sex them all and this one is difficult for me. Chest is bare like a male but spotted around the sides. This is the only one that looks darker or black almost. I’m assuming it’s still the same breed. This is all very new to me. Could anyone say whether it’s male or female?

Boy, there aren’t breeds in coturnix just colors or size or funky egg color variations.
