Roo or hen?! Please help

Hi everyone trying to get some opinions on what gender my lil guys are??

It's helpful to post their age along with pictures - certain things can mean different genders depending on age

10 week old easter eggers just wondering what the difference in tail feathers mean? Half have tail feathers that stick right up and the others are more subtle

Bottom looks like hen (light pink at beak base) ...top not sure, doesn't look like easter egger to me
