Roo or hen Red bantam cochin?????

This guy is a little over 2 months old. First thought he was a hen, then a rooster, now I'm thinking hen because his comb is pink and the way he acts and stands is hennish. What do you think. The swap is Sat. so I need to know to make a decision. Thanks.
