Look to be a pullet so far... how old? Silkies are hard to sex

A very nice Partridge pullet. Partridge can be sexed by coloring. Males have black chests and dark red through the shoulder. Females are more uniform in patterning and have golden chest feathers.

I have a silver partridge cockerel with female colouring.

Then he probably isn't really partridge, but mixed varieties producing non-standard coloring.
