Roo or hen

almost 2 month old EE Nacho. Is the chick a roo or a hen? The chick has been seen challenging other chickens and mounted one. Not sure if it is a roo or a dominant hen.

I have to calibrate my meter. It's not working that well right now..

First and last pic are prObably both cockerels.All chickens challenge but it’s very rare to catch a young female chick mounting for dominance,although it isn’t for cockerels to try mounting.

Yes the grey one is a roo. His name is Tyson. Lol

What are those blue chicks you have I have one I hatched from someone and have no idea what it is but it looks like yours

They are lavender Orpingtons. The darker ones are blue Orpingtons. LOVE those birds. They are so gentle and loving and I love how fat they look

kelliguthrie PLEASE dispose of that rooster before he severely injures your children.
His behavior does NOT make him a great rooster, he is a great liability. Never a good reason to keep a bad roo.
