Roo or hen?

I have a bantam Cochin frizzle and can’t decide what sex.

How old? Looks like a cockerel to me if it’s younger.

12 weeks old.

I still would say cockerel as pullets wouldn’t get that colour until they are almost ready to lay. However, someone who has had bantam frizzle Cochins might be able to tell you more definitely. I have large fowl Cochins
