Roo or hen?

I have a 10 week old Colombian rock cross that I'm suspicious of being a cockrell. All my others look different than this one. Also I couldn't get it to stay still so these are the best photos I have

Looks like a pullet!

The tail is nothing to go by at that age. It's all about the combs and wattles. They look rather developed for 10 weeks, but compare that bird's comb and wattles to the others of its age. If you don't see big differences, it may be another pullet.
