Roo or Hen?

Here is a better picture of her face. I seen another post of a Dutch bantam… could that possibly be what she is. Maybe I’m mistaken and she’s one from ideal. But those are the only two places I’ve gotten chicks from.

This is Dutch bantam hen from the internet. No white on the face, shorter legs, smaller comb, smaller size. Yours is most probably White Faced Black Spanish. In some lines hens are slow to develop the white face and your chicken is quite young.
 
The face does look like a WFBS. The actual odds of TSC having them though are super low.

I don't ever look at a horse and think zebra.

Do you have a picture comparing her to one of your other chickens? I can’t tell what size she is.
 
If she came from TSC and you know how old she is, you could potentially talk to whoever is in charge of ordering chicks. See if you can find out if they placed an order for WFBS. That's what I'd do. 😁
