On the second picture (I can't edit photos on my phone because the latest update ruined it) but right in the center you can see a slightly pointy feather-just an inch or so to the right of the tailWhere? I want to see, this bird is perplexing.
Ooo, I see it! Thank you. But only one?On the second picture (I can't edit photos on my phone because the latest update ruined it) but right in the center you can see a slightly pointy feather-just an inch or so to the right of the tail
Haha yes just the one. I imagine there would be more in person? Like two cause there would be a matching one on the other side?Ooo, I see it! Thank you. But only one?
Thank you!! Will definitely try these!I've not tried it, but I've been told that when you need to know which hen laid which eggs there are several ways to do it.
First, isolate the hen somehow -- in a dog crate, in a separate coop, etc.
Second, drip some food coloring into her vent.
Third, use a trap nest (but only if you can check nests very often so she's not stuck in there too long).
