Not far from where I live a family had quite a few and wanted to rehome some but I did say I wanted females.

X2 Look like roosters.Looking like roosters. As they get a little older they pointy saddle feather should show up. The comb and waddles will get bigger and be pretty red. Also their legs get thicker. If they are just pets there are ways to keep rooster noise down in the morning. If you wanted hens for eggs you may have to rehome them and try again. My first batch ended up being 4 boys.
I see pointed saddle and hackle feathers, so yes, it is a rooster.Is it a rooster or a hen. Can't tell and it's not crowing
