Roo or mature pullet? Help please...

Well, it's official........ he's jumpimg on the hens now....

I forgot to mention, since this picture all his hackle feathers are now the buff color like on his back. He is gonna be a gorgeous guy!!!!! He's SSSoooo tall. He should be about 4 months now (approx.) he's much bigger than all my pullets that are aprox. 6 oe 7 months old. His legs just keep growing and growing.

When I read he had the wheaton color coming in on his shoulders I thought it would probably be a rooster.
