Roo or no?

Any help with the gender of this one? It seems a little "bold" towards the others just curious if it may be a rooster... And help with breed would be helpful as well. Just starting out and soaking up all knowledge as quickly as possible

A roo, and where did you get him?

I got him from Tractor Supply when they had chicks. I was thinking Roo too but he hasn't started crowing yet.
