Roo or Pullet? White Crested Black Polish

Hello, I am new to chickens. This is “Diana” she is about 4 mths old, a white crested black polish. Any ideas on whether she/he is a Roo or Pullet? She has recently started making some noises that aren’t quite rooster crowing (I have a few Roos) but seem different for a hen.

He’s a cockerel. You can tell by the pointed crest feathering, pullets have rounded crest feathers.
