Yeah, but some of my girls had thicker legs than my boys. Thinking with fondness the frequency of my anxious posts about my girl Chickie Minaj-- she looked so boylike when she was young. A few others were convinced she was likely a boy as well.

A little late but want to post an update on the chicks. Roo Roo is indeed a hen and I think she’s been giving us some small eggs. She’s very sweet and has blended with the flock. The white one was indeed a rooster and after living a happy life free ranging on the farm is now in the freezer. Mystery solved.
