Roo or pullet?

Here is the link with a picture of one of the other olive egger chick that was hatched with this one. Everyone seems to think she is a pullet but somebody mentioned that a pullet can't have gold on its shoulders, this one does....I am confused!

I would say cockerel....lots of red on the head and that comb...if you have a look at the saddle feathers and they are pointed that will be another roo point.
