Roo or pullet

Does this araucana chick look like a roo or a pullet??

How old is it? Without knowing age, I would guess it is a male due to the redness and prominence of the comb. IF it is a few months old, I would say a pullet approaching point of lay. Their combs and faces redden at that time.
