Aloha,

I want to say female, but I only see a head shot. I do not see sharp hackles in the main, unless it is a late bloomer. But if it has not crowed yet I will say a pullet close to lay. If you can provide a full body a shot i can confirm it for sure.

But usually the crow will seal the deal, if it has not crowd you got a girl for sure...
