I appreciate it... Eventually I'll get it... and maybe more eggs...

I guess the time of year may be causing them not to lay. Even though I'm in Florida and we haven't had temps below freezing.

You (and hopefully the rest of us,) will see more eggs as the light increases. I've had two pullets start to lay in the past week. I think the pullets know exactly when the winter solstice is.
 
I let them out every day but they are limited to a confined area of about 750 sq ft. I havent found any nests or eggs...
Can chickens "hold" eggs? In other words if they are laying and I left them in the coop for a few days, they'd have to lay it if the egg is there, right?
