Roo, ruffled feathers, yellow, runny poop

I'm thinking it's best just to put him down I just don't want the rest of the flock to get it. Thank you for all the help but anybody could tell me what he might have/had it would be great!
 
:hugs It maybe too late but you could preserve the body, in a plastic bag (2x) in the frig and get a necropsy done. Sure fire way to find out what was going on with him. Your Dept of Ag maybe able to help you there. Sorry for your loss.
 
Unfortunately my brother already buried him. I super cleaned their coop, moved it (chicken tractor). Cleaned all, feeders waterers etc.
