Roo with Swollen, Hot leg

I saw one of my roos limping. His left leg, a little below the hock, is swollen and hot. He's eating and drinking fine. I have no Idea if it is broken or not... What do I do?

Maybe it's a sprain? Our BR hen had a swollen ankle a few days ago. I put some ice on it and it started going down.

Check the legs for cuts. It could be infected. If not, try applying gentle pressure to different parts of the leg. I stress GENTLE . If you feel any splintered bone, or she jumps at a particular location, it could be fractured. If she does neither, like the person above me said, try icing it. I hope that helped.

It's worse than I thought. His whole hock is big and swollen! He just lays around
