Roo with swollen wattle

I have a cockerel app. 20 weeks old. One of his wattles is swollen and thick, but there is no indication of pain if I touch and very gently squeeze it; it's quite firm. I'm thinking maybe he was in a scuffle with one of the girls and has a hematoma, but should I give him antibiotic anyway, just in case? And if so, what would I use? I'll try to get a pic or two, and try to figure out how to post it.

Could you post a picture? Sometimes wattles become swollen with frostbite and respiratory disease. Does he have any other symptoms of respiratory illness, or does he have peck marks from fighting? Antibiotic would only be needed if it is a bacterial disease like mycoplasma or coryza.

Ugh... I was able to get a picture or two but I can't find the cord for the camera, so can't post the picture. He appears quite healthy, nothing abnormal at all except that wattle.
